Up to £89,000 still available for Hillingdon community projects

Uxbridge, UK, 24 September 2026 – Suntory Beverage & Food GB&I (SBF GB&I), the proud producers of Lucozade and Ribena, is calling on charities, sports clubs, community groups and voluntary organisations across Hillingdon to apply for funding through its Together for Good Community Fund. 

With £89,000 still available, SBF GB&I is seeking projects that will make a lasting positive impact in local communities. Strong engagement is already established in the Forest of Dean, and Hillingdon organisations are now encouraged to apply to help ensure the borough benefits fully from the fund in future.

Launched earlier this year, the fund is part of a long-term commitment to invest up to £2.5 million in communities across the UK and Ireland by 2030. 

The fund supports projects that create measurable benefits for communities by establishing, sustaining or expanding local activities. Eligible initiatives may focus on – among other themes – physical and mental wellbeing, education and skills, inclusion and accessibility, community facilities, environmental improvement, and social connections. 

Eligible charities, community groups, sports clubs and not-for-profit organisations can apply via the dedicated Together for Good: SBF GB&I Community Fund page on Crowdfunder. Alongside crowdfunding support, successful applicants can access up to £10,000 in match funding from SBF GB&I once their project has been approved.  

Hillingdon is a major focus for the initiative. Following the relocation of SBF GB&I's UK headquarters to Uxbridge in 2025, the company is committed to building strong relationships with local organisations and investing in the communities where its employees live and work. Through Together for Good, SBF GB&I aims to support organisations already creating positive change locally while enabling promising new projects to expand their reach and maximise their impact. 

Across the fund – which also covers the company’s manufacturing base in the Forest of Dean – 19 applications have been received and 15 projects have been approved so far. The successful initiatives range from grassroots sport and youth development programmes to accessibility projects, mental health support and community infrastructure improvements. 

Get Set 4 Tennis CIC is an organisation that is already benefitting from the fund in support of its work to provide programmes for young people aged 11 to 16, who are facing increasing pressures around education, exams and mental wellbeing. 

Get Set 4 Tennis aimed to raise £12,000 through its ‘Beyond the Baseline’ crowdfunding campaign, and is exceeding its target, having raised more than £21,500 to date including donations from the public, SBF GB&I employees, £6,000 match funding from SBF GB&I and funding from additional corporate backers. The project remains open for further donations from the public to continue creating a positive impact. 

Other live projects on the Together for Good: SBF GB&I Community Fund include Wealdstone FC Foundation’s Maths in Schools programme, which aims to support young people through football and maths, and a fundraiser by Home-Start Hillingdon, which recruits, trains and manages a team of over 40 volunteers to support in excess of 120 families with young children a year across Hillingdon. 

Home-Start Hillingdon will use the fund to support its annual half-marathon walk on 9 October, with walkers able to set up individual donation pages that can attract match funding from SBF GB&I. The approach shows how not-for-profits can mobilise supporters, increase donations and build a wider fundraising campaign.
