Our people are at the heart of our value of Giving Back to Society. Every employee gets a paid volunteering day each year, a chance to support causes they’re passionate about, whether through hands-on community work or environmental action, and help create meaningful impact.
Together for Good: SBF GB&I Community Fund
We’re committed to supporting local causes that reflect our company purpose. By 2030, we will donate £2.5 million to projects through the Together for Good: SBF GB&I Community Fund, starting with the communities around our sites in Coleford, Uxbridge, and Dublin. We’ll match fund social and environmental grassroots initiatives and report on the impact we help create.
