New appointments in Suntory Beverage & Food Europe

New appointments in Suntory Beverage & Food Europe

SBFE has made two changes to its executive leadership team. Elise Seibold has been appointed as Chief Operating Officer for Suntory Beverage & Food GB&I, while Michelle Norman, Director of Sustainability and External Affairs newly joins the SBFE ExCom team with both reporting into Chief Executive Officer, Pierre Decroix.

Elise joined the Suntory Group in 2004 as Schweppes* assistant brand manager and has progressed through the organisation holding several international roles across brand marketing, commercial and innovation. Most recently Elise has served as marketing director for UK and Ireland. Under her leadership she has orchestrated the strategic move to Lucozade masterbrand, launched impactful campaigns including a new Lucozade advert starring Jude Bellingham, enhanced brand presence in our heartland of football with the sponsoring of Liverpool FC, and the re-launch of Ribena’s iconic “Berries”. She has also overseen the launch of -196, the company’s first move into the ready-to-drink alcohol category.

Michelle joined the GB&I business in 2014 to set up its External Affairs function, working across corporate and B2B communications, Public Affairs and CSR and in 2018 was responsible for expanding the scope to include sustainability. Michelle has also co-ordinated SBFE's sustainability programmes and in 2018 launched SBFE's first sustainability strategy and long-term targets, reflecting our global Suntory value of Growing for Good and aligning the strategy with UN Sustainable Development Goals.

Both appointments are an excellent reflection of our company's commitment to recognise and promote internal talent in our organisation.
